As a result, wellness was achieved through a combination of a balanced diet, exercise, philosophical quests and harmonizing rituals.

RITUALS- ENERGY RECHARGE MEDITATIONS & PRACTICES

Ancient Greek meditations take place in the form of rituals, which mobilize the body, promote emotional awareness and stimulate the mental process, hence, leading to mental clarity, better understanding of one’s self, improvement of their communication with others and overall a better quality of life.

The rituals are evolving around archetypes and the tuning in with their vibration. In the Ancient Greek Tradition, those vibrations were given the names of deities, without necessarily being related to religious practices and beliefs.

LOW IMPACT EXERCISE

Swimming in the Aegean sea, walking in the local nature and around ancient landmarks, are only some of the forms of low impact exercise included in the program to stimulate body and mind.

All meals are based on the Mediterranean diet, which has been proven by numerous research studies to have significant health benefits. Local fruits and vegetables, fresh fish and local extra virgin olive oil are few of the components of the carefully designed by our chef and dietician, meal plan.
